Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wowie! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.



    Domestic Shipping Policy

    Shipment processing time for standard orders

    All orders are processed and dropped for shipment within 1-3 business days. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

     

    Pre-Orders processing time

    Pre-order processing time can vary much more than standard order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or shipping delays, your order may be delayed by a few days to a week. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay of 7 days or more in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

     

    Shipping rates & delivery estimates

    There are no shipping charges for Standard 3-8 business day shipping on orders of $100 or more. 

    Shipping charges for expedited orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated, we do not provide money-back guarantees should any delays occur.

    *Processing time for orders placed after 11AM PST will start the following business day. 

     

    Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

     

    Wowielife.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

     

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

     

    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    Wowielife.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

     

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery. Packages can sometimes be  marked as "delivered" early by our shipping partners. In this case, they are usually delivered within 2 business days of being marked "delivered". If you still have not received your package after 2 business days please contact our customer service team.

     

    Damages

     

    If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier(USPS) to file a claim. Please contact us with a copy of the claim with your name, Order ID #, and a photo of the damageItems damaged due to incorrect washing or normal wear are not eligible for return.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
