OUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Shopping online should be even easier than shopping in a store. For this reason, our Exchange & Returns Policy is super simple.

  • Free exchanges for a different item or online store credit within 45 days of the shipping date.

  • Returns to original form of payment must be made within 30 days and there is a small shipping fee of $6.95 that is deducted from the refund total.

  • We do NOT refund original shipping charges.

  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new, unworn condition with the tags attached. This means the item must be unwashed, free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, dirt, and hair.

  • The only items that do not require tags to be intact when returned are our OG Shorts as they do not come with additional tags.

  • We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.

  • Exchanges are processed once the item you are sending back is dropped in the mail and tracking indicates it has been received.

  • We allow one exchange per original purchase. Once an item has been exchanged, the new item cannot be exchanged again.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for a return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.

  • For refunds to original payment method, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.

  • "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If you received an incorrect or a damaged item, please use the chat on our website or email us at info@wowielife.com detailing the issue with a picture of the incorrect item or issue, we will get it resolved immediately!

  • If a product is returned or sent for exchange and Wowie determines the item is deemed unfit for return (tag removed, item worn, washed, etc.) , Wowie will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer. If no refund is issued, the customer can choose one of the following options:

    1)The product will be shipped back to the customer at a cost of $20 to cover the time it takes to review the product, re-package, and shipping fees.
    2)The product can be donated.

If you do not select one of the above options within 14 days of Wowie informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be donated.
